Electronic Hardware Store (EHW Store) is a trading name of JEA Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN: 76 619 851 446).

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Shipping Policy together with our Terms & Conditions, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Schedule 2 – Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where any provision is inconsistent with the ACL, the ACL prevails.

2. Delivery Area & Carrier

We ship to Australian physical addresses only, via TNT Express. In-store or warehouse pickup is not available.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or incorrect purchases. Where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, including reasonable return freight where applicable.
